Thanks for the explanation. I tried one time the capoeira, but it is SO hard. And martial arts in general are for me the toughest sports to practise: lots of agility, strenght and tactic. But it's fun to watch.

Yeah it's exactly like capoeira, except we don't dance. And we grapple, and we choke, lock and submit people. Full contact. Without striking usually though. But other than that, it's just like Capoeira. Plus we wear a gi. And we don't really sing much.. at all.. But other than that..
